Dato Lim Khong Soon has always been a visionary entrepreneur in the precious metal industry. He is well known as the founder of Quantum Metal, a leading precious metal corporation that provides cutting-edge technology solutions in the area of financial management leveraging on bullion products.

With more than 20 years’ experience involvement in precision mould, electronic component, gold potassium cyanide for gold plating industries and co-development of recovery of gold from electronic waste with Inochem of South Africa (since 2000), involved in precious metal recovery from electronic waste, refining of impure gold from scrap/old jewellery, and also supplying gold to jewellery fabricators and dealing with Australian bullion bankers, he strongly believed in asset preservation and enhancement.
Ever since the journey of developing an integrated system for precious metal suppliers to be able to transact gold trading business with banks, he has grown the platform into a fintech wealth management ecosystem. Under his leadership, innovative services such as Gold Leverage and Gold Advance had been introduced to the market, creating not only a sustainable way for people to preserve and enhance their assets, but also contributing to the social economy as a whole. With a PHD in Business Administration, Dato’ Lim has always been a visionary entrepreneur in the precious metals industry. He is well known as the founder of Quantum Metal, a leading precious metals corporation that provides cutting edge technology solutions in the area of financial management leveraging on bullion products. He strongly believes in asset preservation and enhancement.
Dato’ Lim has more than 20 years’ experience in the following fields relating to precision molding, electronic components and the utilisation of gold potassium cyanide for the gold plating industries. He also co-developed a system of recovery of gold from electronic waste with Inochem in South Africa (in 2000). Further, his experience spans across the refining of impure gold from scrap/old jewellery as well as a supplier of gold to jewellery fabricators. As a result of his experience, he has had long standing dealings with Australian bullion bankers.

Described as “Woman of Wisdom” by a well-known Chinese media in Malaysia, Esther Law is a versatile portfolio entrepreneur with countless global achievements, riding on the success formula of “lead with H.E.A.R.T.S, believing in REAL value through L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P culture, delivering services through the B.E.U. model and 6I symbiosis process”.
Throughout her proactive entrepreneurial developments over the past 25 years alongside her outstanding leadership role with Lions International, Toastmasters International and CSR contributions, she has been awarded with multiple international recognitions such as the Toastmasters International District 51 “Most Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year” (2004-2005), Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian Awards (TOYM) 2014 and CSR Leader, McMillan Woods Global Awards 2017.
As a strong believer that applied knowledge is power, she pursued her lifelong learning strategically. In the process of leading digitalisation, specifically in the area of emerging technology, she completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme in 2019 and is currently pursuing her studies in The Future of Finance: Digital Transformation and Open Finance through Alliance Manchester Business School. She envisages a better digital future through the combination of ABCD (AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Data) technology implementation.
Since he started his journey of developing an integrated system for precious metals suppliers to be able to transact gold trading with banks, he has grown the platform into a solid fintech wealth management ecosystem. Under his leadership, innovative services such as Gold Leverage (GLA) and Gold Advance (GAA) has been introduced into the market, creating not only a sustainable way for people to preserve and enhance their assets, but also contributing to the economy as a whole.
